With the creation of B-bak Pin / B-bak Pin Max, Spencer has set a new technology reference level for the industry, providing a spine board that reduces the possibility of contamination during transportation of the patient. A special B-bak, highly appreciated by rescue teams, it puts together the famous technical characteristics with a built in system that allows to fix the restraints to the board.

The side handles are incorporated elements, they allow you easy buckling unbuckling operations for a fast and safe anchorage of the patient's restraints with carabiner. High density completely recyclable polyethylene, moulded into a unique, one piece shell.
