This extendable shoulder harness system optimises the stability of the patient. The system is composed of four adjustable belts, two for the thorax and two for the shoulders, which are individually anchored to the framework of the back of the stretcher.
They are fastened at the centre with a metal quick-release SCR buckle which has a support in cold moulded chromed metal. The belt is anchored to the backrest of the stretcher and can be used with many of the stretchers already existing on the market.
